About the Company

A.H. Training & Technology Ltd. was established in 2013 by Adrian Horodniceanu.
It started as an agent of PECB Professional Certification and Examination Board Inc. , targeting potential training companies world-wide in order to recruit them as partners of PECB to deliver the ISO certification courses.
Starting from 2016 we changed our focus and became a full PECB partner.
Our main goal is to certify professionals as Auditors, Implementers or Managers with expertise in various ISO standards. Our main area of activity is Israel.
We have our dedicated trainers with the relevant experience and certified for the specific courses.
We facilitate certification of personnel in Israel, according to PECB requirements, to help them get the needed international diploma locally on a reasonable price.The courses required can be delivered under various flexible frameworks according to the customer needs. 

Our Mission

We see in using management standards a great advantage in rapid changing world that characterizes the globalization facing us in the 21st century. The lack of organized management in many organizations, the admiration for the improvisation and for ad-hoc solutions for routine activities and processes became in many organizations a substitute to real management. Standardization is not an enemy of innovation or personal expression as many people, mainly young but not only, tend to think.
A standard keeps the noise outside and lets you create in your area. Think about your morning way to work. Without some organized transportation, traffic rules, news about weather or traffic jams, you will spend a lot of time and energy, just getting there. Many people work in an organized matter to prevent many bad things to happen, so you get safe and on time to work. Same in your work place.
Using a standard creates the right environment for initiatives, improvements and progress. You get the correct tools to identify the need for it , the incentive to create better tools or processes and the methods to implement them in the continuous management activities.
The use of risk management, incorporated today in all ISO management standards build the organizational atmosphere to identify both risks and opportunities to improve the performance, as defined by the organization’s stakeholders.
The culture of emergency and heroes who saved the organization in crisis is dangerous, expensive and have many invisible costs (like reputation, lost sales).
Using the right management tools and using standards where relevant makes management a fact based profession.
We decided to bring to the market certified people who can make sure ISO management standards, the most popular worldwide are implemented and used correctly.
